Goal vs. Wish...there is NO comparison! • • Intentional and thoughtful...or carefree and delusional? • • If you don’t document your goals, cut them down into little “bite-sized” pieces that are easily consumable, stay on task and follow through to the end, you have a diminished chance of winning, when it comes to accomplishing anything. • • The exchange you just witnessed was not at some high profile meeting or other mentoring session, but rather at a simple, impromptu team luncheon with some of our key people. • • They know that I’ve got their back! And I would never say something publicly that I don’t believe and practice myself. • • I want to see everyone of them, and you, win in every way possible.
