Hey there! Thanks for stopping by to get to know me a little better. I’m S.E. Greene (a.k.a. SrVerde), an entrepreneur from TEXAS who is desperate to share the principals and practices that have allowed me to succeed. I’ve literally mapped out my next 40 years and will be sharing it with the world through any means possible, starting right here.
My backstory is quite simple, I’m a carpenter who figured out how to borrow money, run a business, and deliver on the goods and services surrounding that trade. After many years of scratching around in the home building and real estate industry, “hacking” and figuring out what suited me, I formulated the systems and processes necessary to run a successful multi-million dollar real estate development and investment company, and serve as CEO at other companies, like eighty8 realty, a comprehensive model real estate firm based in Texas.
In addition to my real estate background and successes, I am an avid music lover of ALL genres. I enjoy playing guitar and have an affinity for older models and custom builds. If you were to drop by my corporate headquarters, you would probably find me wearing a pair of exotic cowboy boots (some old and some new), enjoying and exploring the culture of wine and winemaking, sipping whiskey, tequila and other crafted spirits, mentoring small business start-ups and business owners and doing my best to serve my team at every level possible. Simply put, I’m living my dreams and dragging as many people #AlongForTheRide as possible!
As I shift my focus and dive deep into the realm of media production and personal branding, I launched a comprehensive media production company, SRV Vivid. I look forward to not only propelling all that is important to me to the forefront of culture, but also, to help those individuals who might just need a little push to get started, by hearing some encouraging content from the trenches. It is tuff out there, starting and running a business, and I want nothing more than to tell you that you’re not alone. I’m desperate for you to succeed and live the life of your dreams!
