S.E. Greene, also known as SrVerde, is an entrepreneur from Texas, determined to share the principles and practices that have allowed him to create a diversified portfolio of success across several industries and brands. Part of his story includes stumbling through trial and error to figure out how to achieve the elusive dream of running a successful business. Now that he’s found some of that success, he wants to share the methods and madness that have helped him get where he is today and his plans to keep this train moving forward for the foreseeable future, through any means possible.
His back story is simple. He is a carpenter who figured out how to borrow money, run a business, and deliver on the goods and services surrounding that trade. After many years of scratching around in the home building and real estate industry, “hacking” and figuring out what suited him, he formulated the systems and processes necessary to run a successful multi-million-dollar real estate development and investment company. Along the way, he also founded a few other companies, like eighty8 realty, a comprehensive model real estate firm based in Texas, where he serves as CEO.
In addition to his real estate background and successes, he is an avid music lover of ALL genres, enjoys playing guitar, and has an affinity for older models and custom builds. If you were to drop by his corporate headquarters, you would probably find him wearing a pair of exotic cowboy boots (some old and some new), enjoying and exploring the culture of wine and winemaking, sipping whiskey, tequila and other crafted spirits, mentoring small business start-ups and business owners, and doing his best to serve his team at every level possible. Simply put, he’s living his dreams and dragging as many people #AlongForTheRide as possible!
SrVerde’s newest entrepreneurial endeavor comes through a shift in focus, into the realm of media production and personal branding, by launching a comprehensive media production company, SRV Vivid. He also began hosting a podcast,” Everything That I Know,” where he seeks to share the lessons he’s learned in business and life with other visionaries who are pursuing passion in their professional lives. He looks forward to not only propelling all that is important to him to the forefront of culture, but also to helping those individuals who might just need a little push to get started by sharing some encouraging content from the trenches.
